Payment Method
We accept PayPal. Payment is requested within 5 days of purchase. If you would like to use any other method of payment you may, Postal Orders, will be accepted, items will be dispatched once payment methods have cleared.

Delivery

Your bought item will be sent via 2nd class recorded delivery. We post the item(s) within 24 - 48 hours after receiving a cleared payment. If you are unable to receive your parcel for any reason, it will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office. If you have not collected the item within three weeks from local sorting office the parcel will be returned to us, we will then require you to repay the original postage cost to resend the item to you, or a refund can be given subtracting the original postage costs.

No items will be sent out on bank holidays but normal service will resume on the next working day.

Please state if you wish to receive the item via 1st class recorded delivery. Request total and we will send you the invoice with 1st class postage amount. The postage cost will be £5.99 otherwise item will be sent via 2nd class recorded.

If you are not satisfied with the item you can return it back in its original packaging within 7 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return of the item. It should be delivered via recorded delivery and this would be your proof of purchase. We are also happy to offer exchange within 7 days excluding P&P cost.

Note: - Please send the returned item with the invoice we have attached. As soon as we receive the returned item we will issue the refund but excluding the postage cost.
