When signing for your delivery, if the product has any visible damage, or you are in any way in doubt of the condition of the product/delivery please sign with comments "DAMAGED" on the drivers terminal or paperwork.

This is very important failing to do so may affect any refund or replacement as when you sign for delivery you are signing that goods as received in perfect condition.
